ICTY Closing Symposium

On Monday 18 December 2017, the ICTY held its final Closing Symposium. The Symposium discussed the legacy of the ICTY for other international courts and tribunals, the legacy for the region of the former Yugoslavia and the legacy for International Criminal Law. Colleen Rohan, President of The ADC-ICT, presented perspectives on defence and the creation and function of the Association of Defence Counsel.
