The Mock Trial is aimed at young professionals, students and interns.  Participants work in teams and are given a mock factual situation and are required to prepare the “case”. During the in-court session, participants will present opening and closing statements, conduct direct and cross-examination of witnesses and respond to any legal or factual submissions which may arise. Four evenings of advocacy training will be given prior to the day of the Mock Trial.
