About The Event

 This full-day training (10.45-16.30) will be conducted by Dragan Ivetic, President of the ADC-ICT, who has a wealth of experience practising before the international courts and tribunals.

This training will focus on key issues of international humanitarian law and international criminal law with respect to both military commanders and civilian political leadership. A general introduction will be given followed by an in depth analysis of the law and jurisprudence from the international courts and tribunals on the individual criminal responsibility of superiors. The training is open to all levels of experience and there is no requirement to have previous knowledge of the subject.
