This full-day training (10.45-16.30) will be conducted by Geoff Roberts, President of the ADC-ICT, and Sarah Bafadhel, Defence Counsel, who have a wealth of experience practising before the international courts and tribunals.

This training will focus on key issues of the doctrine of joint criminal enterprise and co-perpetration in international criminal law. A general introduction will be given followed by an in depth analysis of the law and jurisprudence from the international courts and tribunals. The training is open to all levels of experience and there is no requirement to have previous knowledge of the subject.
